Hello

I am a second-generation Greek-American who has lived in Denver, Colorado my whole life. My grandfather was a painter who left Greece during the dictatorship and became a professor in the States. Throughout my childhood I split my time between American school and Greek school for 11 years.

Given my artistic roots, I have been a strong arts-leaning individual my entire life. I began playing viola in the first grade, eventually becoming section leader of the All County Orchestra in 2018, associate principle for the All State Philharmonic Orchestra in 2018, fifth chair in the 2019 All State Symphony Orchestra, as well as the section leader for my high school pit orchestra three years in a row. In addition to a love of music, I was an active member of the theater department all throughout middle school and high school, both in performing and backstage production capacities. 

 

The other side of my family are engineers. My father was born into the construction business and eventually became a computer software engineer. Having this background, I have always attempted to find a merging of both the technical and creative realms. The modern world is a burgeoning hub of possibilities on this front. Personally, I have explored the technical side of multimedia performative arts, video art including film and short-form television, as well as radio and podcast development. This focus has included content ranging from scripted narrative to field reporting to experimental dance to live concert production.

During my college career I took my experience of technical direction, media production and radio music curation in many different directions. I hosted a radio show on KVCU for four years, and became Executive Producer of the digital sports media organization SkoBuffs Sports. During my time at SBS I integrated VR, AR, 360 and immersive media into our content, created a live streaming initiative, and started a podcast. Some of the events I covered include the 2023 Men's Pac-12 Basketball tournament in Las Vegas, the 2023 NCAA basketball tournament, as well as the 2022-2023 hockey and football seasons.

In 2022 I enrolled in CAPA Study Abroad in Florence where I studied art and political history in Italy, as well as participated in the GANZO service project where I worked on a vineyard in Tuscany.

​

In 2023 I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.A in Media Production with high honors, as well as a minor in Creative Technology Design.

​

That same year in 2023 I became a broadcast director for WOI-DT, a TEGNA station and ABC affiliate in Des Moines where I covered the 2023 election season, football season, nightly primetime newscasts, and the Iowa State Fair.

​

Since 2024 I have been doing creative production work including working as a producer for the dating show Kings & Kweens, and producing a culinary documentary showcasing the Denver food scene.

​

I am also a huge outdoorsman, and like to incorporate that into my production work. In 2024 I completed a photojournalism project documenting the Tour de Mont Blanc in Europe, and photographed the Boulder rock-climbing team in Magic Wood, Switzerland. 

​

In my personal life I enjoy being outdoors. I am an avid skier, hiker, camper, mountain biker, and a huge fan of basketball. I also have a great love of travel, art, film, music and venturing outside of my comfort zone, participating in projects that have taken me all around the world.​
